The Last Wednesday Writers was formed in 2017 by Mark Cook, Julie Jones, Aarika Copeland, John Ketcher, and Paul Buckner. 

Mark Cook is the Creative Writing Instructor at Northeast Technology Center in Claremore, OK. In the spring of 2017, Mark's found himself instructing a class of talented, driven individuals. When the class session was officially ended, the group wanted to continue meeting, and thus LWW was born. We are committed to helping each other improve as storytellers, providing accountability, and coordinating efforts to support each member in reaching their goals.
